you can't create torrents in transmission. you can create them in azureus(file menu > new > torrent, choose the file or directory you want to create, type in http://www.mousebits.com/announce.php as the tracker), upload that torrent to the site, get the PID torrent and then use that to go back to transmission and seed it with that program.

Thanks.  I seem to be finding that torrents and editing music/files was much easier in Windows.
