Hi, I had an account a while back, just tried to log in and my account seems to not be present anymore. I signed up for a new account with the email address that I had used previously, but I cannot get my account to be "validated".
I got an email titled "Account confirmation at the Mousebits site" after a very long delay saying that I needed to click a link to confirm the account. I clicked said link, and got a message saying "congrations, your account is now valid", but my profile still says "validating" and I still cannot download any torrents. When I try I get a message saying: "You are not authorized to download... Sorry."
What do I need to do?
