If you have a media player i.e. iTunes, create a playlist and drag the files you want, insert a blank CD and burn it.

You drag them from whichever folder you downloaded the actual files to (not the torrent files) to the program you want to use for burning (eg WMP).
With WMP, you drag them to the player and click on burn, I think (I don't touch WMP, Don't like it - I use Nero and absolutely HATE Itunes).
Don't like messing with playlists etc, I like to drag and drop and burn away ;D
If it doesn't work, post back and tell us the problems.
(Post back and tell us if it works as well - always nice to know if a member got sorted!).

if its any help, the default file in Vista where the files are saved id c/documents/downloads

as has already been said, Nero is much better for burning than using Media Player - you can drag and drop, see exactly how much space is going to be used on the dvd - create menu's etc.... the only thing that you cant do (on the version that im using) is put in custom chaper points.

hope it helps
