Can't delete icon

Did you remove the torrent from your client? It's possible the icon is "in use" and thus you cannot delete it.

Can you rename it? (try it).
Is it the actual torrent file or a shortcut?
If you right click it and select "properties", what does it say?
Is anything spread between more than one hard disc drive?
This may help

Do let us know how you get in please.
You may just have added or subtracted something from the name so the PC can no longer find it.
Finally read this (if the above doesn't work)

Unblocker is a pretty neat tool when files refuse to be deleted (usually with the message that the file is in use when it isn't).
Good luck.

Reboot your computer too.

Somtimes a file (excel, word, whatever) can get locked via the OS and it thinks it is "in use" but it is not actually in use, or it doesn't exist anymore and your trying to delete a file that was already deleted.
