Watermarks in Adobe

I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements, does anyone know how to do a watermark with it? I can seem to find how to do it

By watermark, I assume you mean an overlay of something so people know who's it is?

I don't use Premier (I use Vegas), but I would make a text layer on top of the video and make it about 50-70% opaque.  If you want something other than a text watermark, then you'll need to "green screen" an image or other video.

how many tracks can you use with elements?  i use pro 2.0
