I get this when I retry a download

I had restarted my computer \'cause the whole thing was going slow in general, then this came up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are 3 peeps seeding right now, which should help somewhat. However, I notice you have 2 downloads running for the same torrent. Cancel the lower one.
