Need Help Indentifying this Audio

I've run it through several programs but they failed to ID it. I've had a look at various Disney Medleys again with no luck. The name is probably something like "Disney Medley" as it contains several well known tunes. Could you provide any other information (where you got it, what possible year could it be etc)? All I can say is that it's not on a data base at present for the major identification programs as far as I can see and it's not part of something obvious. It could be from something like a concert on TV which wasn't released as a CD or video of course.
