Downloading WDW Forever Torrent

I’m trying to download the WDW Forever Collection torrent with several different torrents to no avail. Each time I make the attempt, the torrent remains at the starting point with a 0% download. Could this be a problem with this particular torrent, am I being impatient or something else maybe? It’s been quite awhile since trying to download one of these.

Not a problem with the torrent itself but the tracker on the website. It's been down for weeks now.
