How do I upload a new file?

I\'ve taken a video of the Spectro Magic Parade that I made and converted it into a Divx file.  I would now like to begin making it avaliable to everyone but can\'t seem to figure how to.  Can anyone help?

Ciker77,

You will need upload rights in order to upload a torrent to the site.

I am sorry to say that we not giving out new uploading rights at the moment. This does not mean that we will not again in the near future though!

PM me with information on what you would like to share so you are at least in the system.
