Need help

Read the instructional guides but must be missing something. I registered with Mousebits, received email and confirmed. I downloaded uTorrent 1.8.5 to my programs. Next I picked a torrent, downloaded it(took some time). Now it is "completed". However I cannot get it to play. I highlight it and press the red arrow  to start, al I get in the status section is "seeding". What did I miss or do wrong? ???

the downloaded file is in the download directory(the default or your preffered one) .. it's a new file , not the *.torrent one
