Cant open torrent

I can get a torrent file to work what do I have to do to get the torrent files to work so I can listen to the muisc on this site in the torrents section of this site? can someone please help me so I can downloed the torrent music files and the videos torrents?
 
Hey,

Google and download "uTorrent". The .torrent files will open in uTorrent, which will then download the media files.

I'm a MacOSX user and I was wondering, How do the people who use Macs get the torrents to play. I can't open anything.
