Downloading without the a Torrent

IS it possible to download any of these vidoes with out using a torrent?

I've tried but for some reason the audio comes out broken and scratchy...

You need the torrent file to tell your client where the parts of the video are. It`s not the torrent file at fault, more a problem on your PC with your player.

What codec are you using? If you`re playing a divx file you may need to update / install the latest divx codec.
