The Disneyland Forever Project file isn't working

So I downloaded the Disneyland Forever Project file off of this website and I downloaded utorrent to open it but when I click Open on the Disneyland file, it opens utorrent with a message saying

                              "Unable to load
                              "The_Disneyland_Forever_Project.pdf.htm...
                                torrent is not valid bencoding!"

What should I do?

You've downloaded the link to the PDF file describing the project and not the .torrent file itself.
Go back to the page for the Disneyland Forever Project and click on the link in the box that is labeled "Torrent".  The link will be called "The Disneyland Forever Project", which is the same as what is in the "Name" box above it, but in blue text.  You should get a prompt to open or save the file.  I save the file so I can open it later with a torrent client like uTorrent but you can choose to open in a torrent client as well.  That should be it!

I'm surprised that you can actually access the torrent section because your status is still listed as "validating".  Usually only persons listed as "member" status can see the torrent section.  ???

Maybe that's what was used rather than the torrent files?
A torrent client wouldn't be able to do anything with it, of course, as it's not a torrent.
It should open OK in a pdf reader though.
