Videos for iTunes

I just started to download videos, and this is my question: Is there a way for me to download the Torrent and import it to iTunes so I can sync it to my video iPod? I tried it before and it wouldn't show up in my library. (I do know that I might have to format it for iPod use, but that's okay.)

download the "super encoder" and select compression for video ipod .. this should be importable in itunes and syncable with you ipod :)
 
Hi,

I'm kind of new to all of this technology.  I'm trying to figure out how to get the videos to iTunes so I can put them on my iPod.  I can't seem to make the file open in iTunes.  I saw the post on downloading the "super encoder" but I don't know what that is or how to get to it.
